These terms govern Studio at studio.distributedjava.com(the “Platform”), operated by Distributed Java. Studio is a creator content tool: you import and upload video, organize a library, write scripts, review insights, and publish to social accounts you connect. By using Studio you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Studio lets creators and their teammates manage short-form video and post it to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, TikTok, ByteDance, Meta, Instagram, or Facebook. Those names are trademarks of their owners.
You keep ownership of clips, captions, and scripts you put in Studio. You grant us a limited license to store, transcode, thumbnail, and send that content to the accounts you choose. You must have the right to upload and publish that material, and you are responsible for what gets posted.
Studio uses YouTube API Services to list your channel, read video metadata and analytics, and upload videos you choose. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy. Posts must follow the YouTube Community Guidelines. YouTube may refuse or remove an upload. Daily upload limits are YouTube’s, not Studio’s.
Connecting TikTok lets Studio list your videos and publish clips you choose. You also agree to the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. TikTok may refuse or take down a post.
Connecting Facebook lets Studio list Pages you manage and publish video you choose to those Pages. Connecting Instagram lets Studio read your professional account’s media and publish content you choose. You also agree to the Meta Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use, and Meta’s Community Standards. Meta may refuse or take down a post.
When you connect a network you authorize Studio to act for you on that account. Logging out of Studio ends your Studio session only. It does not revoke social tokens. Delete the profile in Social Profiles to delete stored tokens. We then try to revoke them with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook. That revoke is best effort: if the platform call fails, we still drop our copy. Revoke Studio from each platform’s app settings as well. After we drop the tokens we stop calling that API for that account.
You agree not to:
Paid Studio plans are described on Plans. Fees are charged through our payment processor. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Taxes may apply. We do not refund partial months unless required by law.
Scripts, insights, and similar suggestions may be model-assisted. They are drafts, not legal or platform-policy advice. You decide what to post.
We aim to keep Studio running but do not guarantee uptime, import success, or that a platform will accept every post.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Distributed Java is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of Studio. Our maximum aggregate liability is $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
You may stop using Studio and delete your account from Account. That does not remove posts already on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook. We may suspend access for abuse or operational reasons.
We may revise these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Contact khim.ung@distributedjava.com with questions.
